Phoenix Network Board of Trustees

Our Board of Trustees is responsible for ensuring the overall success of all Phoenix schools. Like other charter school Boards, our Trustees ensure that each of our Academies continues to:

  • Remain faithful to the terms of its charter,
  • Evaluate key metrics of success to ensure programming remains impactful,
  • Maintain its viability as a school for future generations

In addition to meeting quarterly as a group, the Board also participates in an annual retreat and join various subcommittees to advance particular aspects of Phoenix Charter Academy’s success.

Phoenix Network Foundation Board

Our Foundation Board is responsible for managing all of Phoenix’s assets, to ensure our financial stability and sustainability. In addition to meeting three times a year, the Foundation Board reviews our annual audit, ensuring that Phoenix remains in compliance with our fiduciary obligations.

Phoenix Network Associate Leadership Board

Our Associate Leadership Board lends its capacity and expertise to various external initiatives, including fundraising and the development of key partnerships. In addition to supporting Phoenix, the Associate Leadership Board serves as an opportunity for professionals who are interested in learning about the world of non-profit governance.
