  • Robert Coly

    Assistant Vice President, M&T Bank

    Rob is a commercial banking relationship manager in M&T’s dedicated Healthcare and Not-for-Profit Banking Groups. In this role, he has worked with healthcare providers, senior living facilities, social service organizations, and educational institutions to develop specialized financial solutions to meet each customer’s unique needs. Prior to banking, Rob worked as an environmental attorney and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2011. He earned his JD from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School and his MBA and BA from the University of Notre Dame. A transplant to the Boston area, Rob grew up in Upstate New York and still enjoys visits to the Adirondacks. Rob credits his mother, a 30-year elementary teacher in rural school districts, with instilling the importance of quality education and ensuring that it reaches all corners of society.

  • Dan Findley

    Special Agent, Andover Companies

    Dan Findley is a native of Duxbury, MA. Dan attended the Roxbury Latin School, and graduated from Bowdoin College in 2013, where he majored in Government and Legal Studies. He currently works at the Andover Companies, one of New England’s most reputable mutual insurance carriers in their new business and marketing department. Dan works with independent brokers across MA to help best utilize Andover product offerings and grow profitable books of business across multiple lines of insurance coverages.

  • Ryan Joyce

    Boston Retirement Plan Advisor, Private Wealth

    Ryan is a Retirement Plan Advisor with Boston Private and is responsible for advising businesses on critical topics including fiduciary governance, investment oversight and education strategies to achieve favorable employee retirement outcomes. Growing up in Dorchester, he was fortunate to attend South Boston Harbor Academy (now Boston Collegiate Charter School) for middle school. He credits the enthusiastic teachers and their revolutionary teaching style for opening his eyes to different ways to be successful in the classroom. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College and lives with his wife and daughter in Wellesley.

  • Terrence Lomax

    Co- Founder & Head of Video Marketing Strategy, Journi

    Terrence runs the video content marketing company journi specializing in Inbound Film, or Film crafted for a buyers journey. Currently, he works closely with small business brands to help them transform their expertise into lovable authority through consistent video content online. He is passionate about the power an organization has to reach their potential when they spotlight their human side. Prior to starting Journi, he ran a video production company focused in the music video space, as well as a digital music magazine prior to that. Terrence is originally from the Boston area and holds a bachelors degree in professional communications. He feels fortunate about the resources he was provided coming up through the METCO program and is excited to do what he can to help the next generation with education and opportunities they may be missing out on.

  • Dan Ollquist

    Senior Account Manager, CreditSights

    Dan is a senior account manager at CreditSights, a leading independent investment research firm. In his role at CreditSights, Dan works closely with institutional investors, selling CreditSights suite of research and risk management products to leading asset managers, insurance companies, and hedge funds. Dan grew up in Sudbury, MA and attended Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School before graduating from Providence College in 2010.

  • Caroline Pierce

    Redwoods Resident, DaVita Kidney Care

    Caroline Pierce is originally from Portland, Maine. After graduating from Harvard College in 2009, she spent five years working for the Phoenix Charter Academy Network, first as a tutor and math teacher at Phoenix Chelsea, and later as a member of the CMO focusing on the network's growth to Lawrence and Springfield. She (very reluctantly) left Phoenix in 2014 to attend Harvard Business School, and now works for DaVita, Inc., a Fortune 500 healthcare company focused on dialysis services. Caroline is excited to have the opportunity to continue to support Phoenix's revolutionary work as a member of the Associate Leadership Board.

    Business Development Associate, American Well

    Lauren graduated from Tufts University with a degree in clinical psychology and community health. She worked at Big Brothers Big Sisters for a year and a half after college, where she had the pleasure of working with volunteers, youth, and their families to create long-term mentoring relationships. She currently works in Business Development at American Well. Lauren is passionate about youth development and education. She greatly admires the energy and persistence of the students and staff at Phoenix

  • Natalie Young

    Associate at Mintz Levin P.C.

    Natalie is an Associate at Mintz Levin P.C., working in the Employment and Labor practice. She counsels clients and litigates employment disputes on a wide variety of employment and labor matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Natalie’s additional legal experience includes internships with the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in Boston. As an extension of her legal work, Natalie has worked with youth impacted by the criminal justice system. She taught "Street Law" to high school students in Los Angeles and Washington D.C. and worked as a research assistant for the Center for Research on Adolescents, Women, and the Law in Washington, DC. She is honored to be a part of the Phoenix team, and hopes to contribute to its very important mission.
