With the development of our Boston-based Charter Management Organization and our Network’s expansion across the Commonwealth, last year we moved our annual gala to Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology, home to many Phoenix alums. Join the 2017 steering committee and help us highlight our inspiring scholars and fundraise to ignite the future of 500 more scholars across Massachusetts!


Volunteer at a Day of Service

As a proud AmeriCorps partner, we honor their National Days of Service initiative, celebrating MLK day as a “day on,” and recognizing AmeriCorps’ volunteer week every spring. Get your hands dirty and join the Phoenix community in giving back.


Mentor an AmeriCorps Member

Our Phoenix AmeriCorps Fellowship offers recent college graduates an entry point into the urban education movement. Our Senior Fellowship and Fellows to Teachers programs are opportunities for our members to build careers at Phoenix and grow professionally, but your expertise and mentorship can widen the breadth and depth of their exposure and development.


Mock Interview Phoenix Seniors

Miss out on your acting career dreams? Want to work closely with our scholars and help them prepare for college? Volunteer to run mock interview sessions with our senior cohort and give them practice and feedback on winning over college admissions– no auditions required!Host a


Senior Signing Day

A Phoenix scholar committing to an accepted college is a major milestone and cause for celebration. Get in on the festivities and host a senior signing day, honoring a senior’s hard work, growth and major achievements!


Partner with Phoenix for a Corporate Day of Service

Bring your organization, or an organization you are affiliated with to Phoenix for a day of service. Employees will have the chance to work with our inspiring scholars, strengthening communication and rapport while raising awareness and gaining visibility.


Join Phoenix’s Associate Leadership Board

The Associate Leadership Board is a group of young professionals in Massachusetts dedicated to amplifying the work of Phoenix’s teachers and students. Where possible, the ALB provides direct service to Phoenix’s students through college and career mentorship.
